Class exercises are executed on 12x12cm (4.7×4.7in) panels, each dedicated to a different painting or drawing technique.

The drawing techniques we practice include: silverpoint drawing, ink drawing, chiaroscuro drawing and drawing with chalks
Fresco Painting:
In the summer students have an opportunite to learn the basics of fresco painting
Independent projects:
In addition to class excercises course participants execute independent projects and experiment with additional painting and drawing techniques
Laubwerk Initials (Guest Workshop)
When possible leading Italian artists and artisans are invited in class to enrich students’ experience with special techniques
